Welcome to our beautiful houseboat! It is the ideal location to enjoy your holiday to Amsterdam in a relaxed way! The houseboat is located on a lovely island near Amsterdam (12 minutes by train) and the world famous windmills of the Zaanse Schans (10 minutes by bike/car). The houseboat
The houseboat is very spacious and bright (6 people can stay here very comfortably), and has a very large and sunny garden and a sunny water terrace (both private).

The houseboat has 3 large bedrooms and a large and sunny living room. The boat has large windows on both sides, from which you’ll have beautiful views on the garden and the canal. The kitchen adjoins the living room, and is spacious and fully equipped (including a dish washer).

The houseboat has three bedrooms. The master bedroom is downstairs (below the water level). The second bedroom is bright and comfortable and has views on the canal. The third bedroom has direct access to the water terrace, and a lovely view at the garden on the other side. There are 2 large double beds and 2 single beds. If needed, a third single bed can be arranged for (if you need it, please let me know before you make your reservation).

The bathroom has a luxurious shower with steam bath and water jets. And there is a separate toilet.

There is availability of a dish washer, washing and drying machine. There is a large TV (42 inch) and free WIFI.

During your stay you can use our bikes (10 euro), canoes (10 euro) and boat (20 euro). Prices are for your total stay, and per item. If you want to use them, it can be arranged at arrival.

Travel information
The train station of Koog Bloemwijk is located at an easy 6 minute walk. By train you can easily reach:

• Amsterdam Central station: 12 minutes,
• Zaanse Schans train station: 2 minutes,
• Schiphol Airport: 24 minutes,
• Haarlem city centre: 30 minutes,
• Alkmaar city centre: 40 minutes,
• Utrecht city centre: 55 minutes.

Parking is free at a parking lot at 50 metres form the houseboat (access to the island is by a pedestrian bridge). The parking itself is easily accessible by car since it is close to the highway.
